Results
- in morning, I13521 had distinct pink colonies, and J04450 plates had large white colonies. Still no growth on (-)ctrl. These results were confirmed on younger plates that george spread yesterday.
- Moved I13521 plate to fridge to stall growth and preserve distinct colonies.
Tasks
- Streak new selective plates with colonies from each plate to confirm antibiotic resistance.
- Inoculate selective broth cultures (5ml) with same picked colonies for overnight cultures and miniprep in the morning.
