Results
Afton and Maria
- All replated (-) controls grew on both KAN plates (lots of little colonies)
- Troubleshooting this problem will be abandoned and new cells will be grown up and tested to ensure the protocols are being done correctly
- The one visible colony on the psB3k3 p1010 backbone with DB 3.1 have grown. It's still just one colony but it is much bigger.
- Overnight culture was successful
