Wet Lab

Culture

For next morning miniprep and subsequently shipping for sequencing.

Clones : 3x RO1 #1/2/3, 4x RO2 #4/5/8/10, 4x LT #2/5/6/12, 3x LR # 2/5/7, 4x BB #1/3/5/6. Total : 36 tues in 5ml LB + corresponding antibiotic.

-RO2 #10 + BB6, clone #8 (name = DT 2)

-RO2 #4 + BB1, clone #3 (name = DT 1).

All from 2nd re-done glycerol stock, and in M9/minimal + AA + thiamine.
