Miniprep 4 previous parts (B0015 Amp/Kan, J06504 Amp, R0051 Amp, B0034 Amp) from overnight cultures: Qiagen Miniprep Protocol

visualized the gel, pasted into Ky's notebook

nanodropped the RFP generator following the miniprep, and using TE as the elution buffer to zero the nanodrop

260/280 ratio of 1.54

260 to 230 ratio of 1.81

R0051 - lambda cI promoter, we re-ran the transformation protocol with more of the rehydrated pklasmid

Rehydrated and Transformed the following parts:

I0050 - arabinose promoter on a Kan plate, add IPTG to broth culture to induce high copy

R0010 - lactose promoter

J23032 - ribolock RBS

J23066 - ribokey

C0051 - lambda cI with the LVA tag
