AIM:
To build synthetically engineered fluorescing lights in a E.Coli and wheat germ cell free system that can be used for lighting christmas trees, exist signs and minor household lights and to create a blueberry fluorescing protien as a new biobrick using the yellow flourscent protien via mutagenisis.
