Wet Lab
Agarose gel to check products of colony PCR : Nothing on gel ?!?!
Static measurements of double transformants ( after 3h of blue light exposure ) with RO1 /RO2 and mutated BB. We also included double transformants with normal BB for comparision.
Redo the same experiments of saturday with RO1 or RO2 transformants and add one more condition: cells with ethanol.
