1 constructed the aTc sensor and IPTG sensor, for more details refer to our sensor results.

2 constructed one AND gate family, 9 different AND gates, for more details refer to our AND gate 1 results.

3 assembled the AND gate 1 and Bistable switch using the three plasmids strategy, cooperated with Haoqian, for more details refer to our assembly results.
