Growth of the Z. Mobilis was observed. Only one kind of organism was detected under the microscope but if it is the desired Z. Mobilis remains unclear. If the PCR works tomorrow we can be sure that it is Z. Mobilis sp. mobilis (Z6). --Karl.brune 13:35, 20 July 2009 (UTC)
