The terminator B0015 was measured at 100 times dilution. Media:Plasmidprep_090829_2.txt

Evaluating competent cells

The competant cells made yesterday were evaluated and found to have a transformation efficiency at ~10^8 trasnformants per µg pUC19. That is OK, good cells could be 5 to 50 times better....
