Preparing 15% Glycerol stock for E.Coli

• Making 10ml of 15% Glycerol + LB 1. 0.216 g of LB Powder 2. 1.5 ml of 100% Glycerol 3. 8.5 ml of ddH2O ➢ Aliquot into 1ml screw cap tube for glycerol stock.
