1 Constructed the aTc sensor and IPTG sensor, for the results refer to our sensor results, for his lab notes refer to our input notebook.

2 Constructed one AND gate family, 9 different AND gates, for the results refer to our AND gate 1 results, for his lab notes refer to our AND gate 1 notebook.

3 Assembled the AND gate 1 and Bistable switch using the three plasmids strategy, cooperated with Haoqian, for the results refer to our assembly results, for his lab notes refer to our assembly notebook.
