Parts

For this part we are going to use the plasmid backbone [http://partsregistry.org/Part:pSB2K3 pSB2K3].

The promoter pBAd used was found in the parts registry [http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_K113009 BBa_K11309]. We used the Ptet repressor [http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_R0040 BBa_ROO40] as wel as the coding sequence for the TetR protein [http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_C0040 BBa_COO40]. The double terminator [http://partsregistry.org/Part:BBa_B0014 BBa_B0014] was found in the parts registry as well.

The RBS were designed by Guillaume Cambray and integrated directly inside the primers.
