Wet Lab
Miniprep of RO1, RO2, BB put in liquid culture yesterday
We had good concentration at the end.
Then : culture in SOB of TRP strain at 18°C. OD after about 3 hours : JW4356-2 111100 (Kana):0.02. JRG 1046 5992 : 0.02. JRG 465 4456 : 0.02.
