Wet Lab
Glycerol stocks of different readout system 2 clones.
Miniprep of RBS, LacI-RBS.
Took the 1.5-step-PCR products and digested them, purified, then ligation to try and obtain our BioBrick. Then transformed competent cells with the ligation products (left overnight at 37°C).
