Result of the culture
- The 3 Trp K.O. strains didn't grow overnight. As the cells were take from the glycerol stock (slow wake-up), we let them at 18°C for a bit longer.
- All the other cultures (from yesterday) for the characterization didn't grow neither. We added some cells from plates we had (the first time it was from the glycerol stock... takes maybe longer in M9/min+AA+th). We put them to incubate at 37°C for more time.
