Wet Lab

Cultures

25ml of each of the following one with LB and antibiotic:

Read out 2 (RO2) #4

RO2 #5

RO2 #10

-> cells were taken from the plates

Cells were then incubated at 37°C during approx 3h, we then measured their optical density (OD). These are the results:

#4  : 0.14

#5  : 0.08

#10 : 0.14

They are all stored in the fridge at 4°C

Cultures overnight for miniprep the next morning, to send the plasmid for sequencing.

For the other plasmids, we still have sufficient volums and concentrations already "minipreped" in the freezer at -20°C.
