Wet Lab
Glycerol stock won't be done considering the results of the plate reader and the gel.
Plates RO2.4 + BB1, RO1.1 + BB1 in JRG 465/1046 : still no single clones for some of them, so re-plating !
Miniprep of our LovTap BB1 to have enough DNA for possible future trasnformations.
Colony PCR of 20 clones (7+7+6) from the replated:
- RO2.4+BB1 JRG 1046
- RO1.1+BB1 JRG 1046
- RO2.4+BB1 JRG 465
