Wet Lab
In the morning, checked for the strains that were put in culture yesterday to verify the antibiotic resistances: the results were as predicted, only JW 4356-2 grew in LB+kanamycin.
Liquid culture
Prepared cultures of 2 x 5mL of DH5 alpha RO2.4 + BB1 clone n.3 (the strain that works), 2 x 5mL of DH5 alpha RO1.1 + BB1, 5mL of DH5 alpha RO2.4 and 5mL of DH5 alpha RO1.1, all in LB medium for tomorrow's experiments (the cells were taken from the glycerol stock). Left cells to incubate overnight at 37°C.
