Testing of BioBricks from 2009 distribution and pVDL9 plasmid

  • Resuspension of DNA from selected wells with 15ul of H2O
  • transformation of chemocompetent TG1 cells (prepared by Jarek) with 3ul of DNA solution
  • Plating on LB medium supplemented with apropriate antibiotic

    • Selected BioBricks:

  • GFP mut3b - E0040 from Kit Plate1 well 14K
  • Promoter araC regulated - R0080 from Kit Plate1 well 12E
  • promoter lacIQ - I14032 from Kit Plate 2 well 11P
  • mCherry - E1010 from Kit Plate 1 well 18F
