Team meeting

During this meeting Michael and Pawel presented what they did learned during the Spring Workshop in London. They mentioned some interesting ideas concerning project development, making and characterizing parts and requirements for iGEM 2009.

Ania has given the presentation about modeling part of the project. Its included an introduction to modeling, especially using the CellDesigner and MatLab SimBiology systems. Ania told us some interesting ideas about modeling, giving some examples of simple modeling and preliminary models for our project.

In the end we discussed some issues concerning our plans for next week and division of wet work to particular groups. Then we moved to Honorata Cafe to discuss more things in more stimulating atmosphere
