New cultures
Conditions haven't been set yet. They will be tomorrow. 6 tubes in total :

RO1.1 + BB1 #1 in LB and in M9.
RO2.4 + BB1 #3 in LB and in M9.
JW : RO1.1 + BB1#1 in LB
JRG 1046 : RO1.1 + BB1 #2 in LB.
Miniprep
A miniprep was done in order to do the sequencing.
The following were minipreped : BB1, BB3, BB5, BB6, LT2, LT5, LT6, LT12, RO2#4, RO2#5, RO2#8, RO2#10, RO1#1, RO1#2, RO1#3, LR2, LR5, LR7.
