Parts Submitted to the Registry

1) Part: BBa_K233001 Still in the design stage. We will try to create this DNA part in our lab.

2) Part: BBa_K233002 Still in the design stage. We will try to create this DNA part in our lab.

3) Part: BBa_K233003 Still in the design stage. We will try to create this DNA part in our lab.

4) Part: BBa_K233004 We have successfully obtained and shipped this part. It is the lactose operator induced by lactose or IPTG. This part is an integral cog in our AND gate.

5) Part: BBa_K233005 Still in the design stage. We will try to create this DNA part in our lab.

6) Part: BBa_K233006 Still in the design stage. We will try to create this DNA part in our lab.

7) Part: BBa_K23302 We have synthesized this physical part and cloning in pGEMT vectors for expressional analysis. We may submit in as a functional Bio-scaffold part.

8) Part: BBa_K23303 We have built physical part and cloned in pCR2.1 vector for expressional analysis. We are trying to submit this as a standard Biobrick after mutating the sites; or as a functional natural Bio-scaffold part.

9) Part: BBa_K23304 We are trying to submit this as a standard Biobrick after mutating a single Pst1 site or as a fully functional natural Bio-scaffold part.

10) Part: BBa_K23305 We are trying to submit this composite part as a standard Biobrick after mutating sites or as a fully functional natural Bio-scaffold part.
