Mini-prep

  • Protocol 2 was used (see protocols section).
  • The 6 over-night cultures had their plasmids extracted.
  • The agarose gel showed that the mini-prep was successful.
  • Today the last reluctant transformant gave us colonies in Kan plates. =)
