Gallus gallus cDNA synthesis

We decided to make cDNA synthesis of the 4 samples of RNA (Blood1, Blood3, Spleen1 and Oviduct2). We used both pDN6 and oligodT primers for the synthesis.

RBS+CFP ligation

We performed a new digestion of the plasmids containing the ligation RBS+CFP. We followed Protocol Y (see protocols section). The digestion lasted four hours and we used less plasmid comparing to the first digestion.
