We performed the genomic DNA Extraction from four pathogenic E. coli hly+ strains. We used the Aubusel 1998 protocol with modifications, Protocol 1.

Recovering the biobricks
5 plates from yesterday transformation had colonies. The other 2 transformed bacteria were replated in two diferents antibiotics and in higher cell concentration, in the morning. At night one of these plates showed colonies.
