Recovering the biobricks

  • The terminator colonies didn’t grow in the liquid LB medium.
  • We performed miniprep of the RBS inocula (Protocol 2).

Lux S (BBa_K091109) enzyme restriction

We tried one more time the enzyme restriction with XbaI and PstI, but didn’t find the part again. We expected 530 band size, but just was noticed plasmid band. Something is wrong with this part.
