Today we performed mini-preps from yesterday´s cultures according to protocol 2 (see prototol section). We recovered all plasmids!!!
Only 4 of the 6 cultures grew in the liquid medium. We performed the plasmid extraction of these 4 cultures.
The protocol used was "Protocols - 2".
