Terminator biobrick

The colonies didn’t grow in the liquid LB medium.

RBS biobrick

We performed miniprep to get purified RBS biobrick (Protocol 2).

ColiGuard

Lux S (BBa_K091109) enzyme restriction

We tried one more time the enzyme restriction with XbaI and PstI, but didn’t find the part again. We expected 530 band size, but just was noticed plasmid band. Something is wrong with this part.
