YeastGuard

Lactate Permease (JEN1 ORF)

Today we digested the JEN1 ORF again with the enzymes XbaI and SpeI (according to Protocol X). The agarose gel confirmed that it worked!

Expected band length: 1873pb.

We also confirmed the PCR of Lysozyme and its digestion.
