YeastGuard

Lactate Permease (JEN1 ORF)

  • Today we digested the JEN1 ORF again with the enzymes XbaI and SpeI (according to Protocol X). The agarose gel confirmed that it worked!

  • Expected band length: 1873pb.

  • We also confirmed the PCR of Lysozyme and its digestion.
