Selection of transformants
Today we selected 4 colonies of each transformation to confirm it. We inocculated them separetaly in LB media containing the appropriate antibiotic and let them grow O/N.

We decided that we won´t need biobrick BBa_J04630, because the other two reporters are ok for our constructions.
As we need to get the DNA of BBa_J63002, we decided to repeat the plasmid extractions of the other five biobricks we are really going to use: BBa_J63005, BBa_J63003, BBa_E2030, BBa_E2020 and BBa_J63010.
In order to do the miniprep tomorrow, we selected the colonies of each transformation (of the six biobricks) and innoculated them in LB media containing the appropriate antibiotic to grow O/N.
