I) Ran a preparative gel.

  • pGFP = 330ng/ul
  • pBR322 = 120 ng/ul

II) PCR of CCR5 with P1 and P2 . No bands in Gel.

Backtracking reveals a calculation mistake.

Using more primer and higher temperature might help...
