I) Results for yeaterday's tranformation.
CBG = Cohesive, Bangalore Genei BBG = Blunt, Bangalore Genei CP = Cohesive, Promega PCR

Hence, DH5a Rocks...Also, PCR works.
II) Inoculated a single colony of this to LB+KAN for plasmid isolation.
III) Yesterdays PCR gave us only 2 bands, other than the expected range.. :-(

IV) Double RE digest of Lycopene Cyclase.Ran a gel.
Great gel, expected result.
