Yesterday's gel ran very weirdly. Today we tried plasmid isolation with the Sigma 5 min rapid plasmid isolation kit (BBa_04450 from transformation plate). Gel to be loaded tomorrow. Gel elution of the same plasmid was also done. It is most probably BBa_04450. Pcr, gel, transformation to be done tomorrow.
