YeastGuard - Selection of Biobricks
- Today we chose 7 biobricks for the yeastguard project. We recovered and resuspended it.
- Transformed the biobricks into E. coli DH10B competent cells and plated on Kan or Amp plates, according to information from registry page.
- Prayed to find colonies tomorrow. =)
- Chosen Biobricks: BBa_J63005, BBa_J63003, BBa_J63002, BBa_E2030, BBa_E2020, BBa_J04630 and BBa_J63010.
