Saw plates... no transformants!! :( meeting with the fellow team mates

conclusions of the discussion: 1. Have to repeat transformation with Ca Cl2 2. Also try the TSS protocol mandar and sharvari say its good and used by many teams. 3.We have only 10 ng of DNA in each well so use it VERY CAREFULLY.

4.Think about work distribution for WIKI.
