Miniprep, digestion and ligation of RBS

Today we perfomed miniprep from the RBS transformed E. coli. The fragment size was correct and we decided to digest it without purifying. It worked.

After the RBS plasmid digestion, we ligated it to CFP (the reporter gene) according to the Protocol W.
