YeastGuard: mini-prep

- The protocol used is described at the section "Protocols" (nº 2).

- The 6 over-night cultures had their plasmids extracted.

- The agarose gel showed that the mini-prep was successful.

- Today the last reluctant transformant gave us colonies in Kan plates. =)
