Sriram

I got GFP glowing colony in Normal RBS control plate. In the Medium RBS control I didn't get any GFP glowing colony. Hence I did a IPTG plate today with the rest of the electro transformed sample. I also cultured the Normal RBS control for miniprep tomorrow so that atleast the Positive control for negative cascade can be done perfectly.
