transformed tet-inducible GFP in JM109 and NEB10b. the controls used were 1. negative control- dI water 2. positive control 1 - pBR322 3. positive control 2 - pGFP 4. positive control 3 - pUC18 made a lot of media, autoclaved microfuge tubes and all the stuff that we would need for an entire week of intense work

we are now all set to go...
