Waiting for the return of Mr. Labs and his signature for the commisions.
Meeting at 14:
- redistribution of the role and global progress :
- g3p: raiders of the lost phage ... We will maybe amplify the g3p by ourself with a phage m13.
- snare: there is still hope with the future plasmide to come.
- fecA: demanding construction but still in slow progression
- TMG: new idea to bypass our transduction problem .... let's say that the research begin.
Lab work
- Medium for [S1] DH5alpha and [S2] K12 MG 1655 delta recA::Kan
- 5ml of LB + Clone of [S1] [F1]
- 5ml of LB + 5µl of Kan 1000x + Clone of [S2] [F2]
Overnight at 37°C, 200rpm
