The modelling studies in the project aimed at answering 3 major problems in our project :
- How can we get a synchronisation between the maximum concentration of proteins encapsulated inside the vesicules thus improving the quality of signal sent ?
- Can we make vesicules only by over expressing soluble parts of membrane proteins ?
- How can we optimize the quality of the reception i.e getting a robust response with a limited number of messengers sent ?
