RBS+CFP

  • Today we perfomed transformed E. coli according to the Protocol 2 with the ligation reaction of RBS+CFP. The fragment size seamed to be correct and we decided to digest it according to the Protocol 14 with the SpeI and PstI enzymes. It worked.
  • After the RBS plasmid digestion, we ligated it to CFP previously digested with XbaI and PstI according to the Protocol 11.
