Inducible promoters to sense the environmental small molecules

We defined a new divice --- Small Molecule Sensor. By packaging inducible promoters and their activators/repressors, these device can detect the existence of inducers such as arabinose, IPTG. Some of the sensors are very well characterized. Fig1 is an example of the sensors.
