ne serait-il pas bien de faire simplement un référencement des parts utilisées/créées dans cette partie et de renvoyer liens vers Freezer/NoteBook/Testing ?
For this part we are going to use the plasmid backbone pSB2K3.
The promoter pBAd used was found in the parts registry BBa_K11309.
We used the Ptet repressor BBa_ROO40 as wel as the coding sequence for the TetR protein BBa_COO40.
The double terminator BBa_B0014 was found in the parts registry as well.
