Today we noticed that just two transformations performed yesterday were succesfull:

- BBa_K131009

- BBa_K091109

So, we performed plasmid extraction according to Protocol 2. We ran an agarose gel to comprove extraction.

We transformed the biobrick into E. coli DH10B competent cells and plated on Kan and Amp plates, to find out in which plate it will work.
