Today we noticed that just two transformations performed yesterday were succesfull.

So, we performed plasmid extraction according to Protocol 2 (see prototols section). We run a agarose gel to prove extraction.

Recovering BBa_J63002

  • Today we resuspended BBa_J63002 again, but this time from the plate.
  • We transformed the biobrick into E. coli DH10B competent cells and plated on Kan and Amp plates, to find out in which plate it will work.
