YeastGuard: recovering BBa_J63002
- Today we resuspended BBa_J63002 again, but this time from the plate.
- We transformed the biobrick into E. coli DH10B competent cells and plated on Kan and Amp plates, to find out in which plate it will work.

Today we noticed that just two transformations performed yesterday were succesfull.

So, we performed plasmid extraction according to protocol 2 (see prototol section). We run a agarose gel to prove extraction.
