Today I did a transformation of gel excised IPTG inducible IsceI generator (!SIII3 and 5) with Srirams Right Flank (E&P) restricted lacI generator.

Newly received Biobricka BBa-k142205 were are plated on agar+amp plates. We received four different samples of BBa-k142205. I named them BBa-k142205 A, B, C and D.
