Tim Weenink
Did colony PCR of 16 colonies of each of yesterdays transformations (!MII and !MIII).
Then I gelled the result:
Saeed Katiraei
BBa-k142205 A, B, C and D all showed colonies on agar+amp plates. I made overnight cultures of these colonies. From each plate 1 overnight culture.
